HAPPY BIRTHDAY ENGLENG

SATURDAY
Went to mcdonalds to meet the basketball boys for breakfast
Had sausage with muffin
Had History lesson was after that
History lessons were never boring
It will just get more more interesting each time
In every lesson you will actl find that thr is such clever person living on the earth who can plan such great stratagies ,nevertheless they may seem evil at some parts but it is so,to make his country great.
Sometimes you may even get so inspired to be them

Went for training when it was 9am
Ran 3rounds and dadui
My play just sucks big time
Then it was physical time 50situps and 50pushups
and training end.
This whole week , have been shooting in the morning , doing gym on non-training day.
Just having a sense of satisfaction for this week.
Everyday it just about basketball,hope to see sme improvement in myself soon.

When training end
Went to play with some basketball boys
then self train for awhile,did defencing things
today sun is just so hot,torturous

Played contact rugby in the canteen ,it is 'F' ly fun

Ohyah damn it.
This week have been troubled by the stupid abrasion between my legs
It made it more difficult to run,to jump,go up the stairs
And everybody is kbing me bcos of this,
they either ask me if i had been ____ by someone or keep doing something that i cant do with the abrasion
Phew today was btr,so much btr.
I thk it will recover fully tml alrdy.HAHA

Came home afer playing enough in school
bathe and went suntec with basketball boys.
