I feel like I am slowly losing myself. Non-stop of trainings, and working till 1am at non-training days, I really feel like getting myself out of this right now. Really tiring , i can take it no longer. :/
Going for training and knowing that I am one of the physically weakest, the feeling really sucks.
Ytdy training. Physical trainer came. Did some warm up rounds, shutterruns, stretching and physical training starts. Did some speed running, training of core muscles, training of leg muscles, training with the excercise tubing. New experience, and i thk it will really train up all my muscles. And it is like every strand of your muscles can actl feel the stretch. :/
Thr was suppliments drink provided to everyone, to provide our body with energy, hydrate our body, recover our body faster, let our body work to the maximum.
I am really falling ill, with insufficient rest these few days. Coughing :( :( :(
