It was a trip down memory lane;

Went back to Jurong Secondary School for their student council's annual Student Leaders' Camp (SLC) Seriously miss the times back in sec sch days. Saw the banner hanging right at the entrance of the school. I felt strongly about the word 'Champion' somehow Jurong have just bridge Champion to my life. Be it literally fighting to be a champion back when we I am still back in their basketball team, or to be much general, being a champion in my life.

The school have been ever so bright. Like the school song: Radiant as the sunshine... Oh yes, singing the national anthem repeatingly, school song every Monday, vball girls will be playing at the parade square every morning.

It had been four years, my batch was the 26th batch of student council, and we were back for the 30th student council. Most of us were back, and it just bring back back memories, as we see ourselves in their shoes. Most of the time, we would just turn to each other, and laughed it off. (above image) the student polo tee, till today, I still keep it, just can't bear to throw it.

(Above) it just brings back many bad/stupid memories for each of the graduated student councillors. & each of us might just have a unique story to tell. Well, the memories were 'bad' back then, but now, it is rather 'sweet' memories.

The ever-so durable canteen tables. Remembered the times slacking at the canteen after training. The physicals in the canteen because it rain and disrupted training.

My head rolling. hehe. Damn, forgotten to a take a batch pic yet again.

This was the fantastic five who jumped out the school 2.5 metres tall gate, when the gate was seeming-locked-but-not-locked, cos they were so desperate for some food in the middle of the night. So damn clever. & Charmaine tripping scene is just rewinding back and forth in my head. haha. She nearly fall flat, of the floor, it just appear slow motion to me at that moment, and we manage to caught her hand in time. But she injured her toe, which swelled soon after.

The place that have taught me so much lessons in life, met so much great friends, and a place which I can call home, back in secondary school days. It have shaped who I am today, what I have achieved today could be said to be partly because of this school (Student Council, Basketball Team, the teachers). I could never express my gratitude to this school, so glad to have been a part of it.

To my dear 26th: Hope we do get to meet again soon. It was a nice catchup yesterday. Though some wasn't there, it felt so good meeting you guys again. Congrats to those who got a successful uni application.

As I track back the archives in this blog, it just brought back so much of the memories. The time when we were still fighting for the basketball title, the student council moments, the stupid class moments.

1 more week till I leave for UK. :>
